Highlight attractions: 

 Day 1: 9am -6pm (pick up at hotel in HCM and take 3 hours to come to Can Tho). At 12pm, I arrived at the port to the island. 

• Visit a small island on Mekong river and enjoy doing local activities:

• Tropical fruit orchards (seasonal)- picking fruits

• Visit Mekong delta Traditional house

• The unique floating fish farm on Mekong River and watching sunset at the raft

• Having lunch at a local homestay

• Visit the guava garden and enjoy watching jumping fish

• Visit the farms where they grow lots of agricultural products like squash, papaya, etc,… on the island

Day 2: 5.30am -1.30pm 

• – Cai Rang Floating market

• – Local noodle house

• – Small canal

• – Cacao plantation

• – Walking in small village

• – Dragon fruit garden (seasonal)

• Lunch at a local restaurant and then  back to hotel 

-EVENING: FOOD TOUR BY MOTORBIKES AT 6.00PM AT HOTEL (OPTIONAL)

• + Banh Xeo- Banh Khot (Vietnamese Pancakes).
• + Fruit juice or Nuoc Mia My Tho (Special sugar cane juice)
• + Burnt rice with caramelized (cơm cháy kho quẹt).
• + Island hotpot- A special Mekong delta dish
• – Soya milk and sticky rice
• – Enjoy being on the back of a scooter and city nightlife.

Day 3: Can Tho-Phu Quoc

Breakfast and then our car will pick you up at hotel and depart to Phu Quoc by speedboat

ITINERARY

Day 1: At 9.00am: we pick you up at your hotel in HCM and then take you to Can Tho 

At 12.00pm: Our tour guide will pick you up and start going to Son island

•  At 12.30pm: Arrive the Son islet on Mekong river and enjoy these activities below:
  • Visiting Tropical fruit orchards (seasonal), where you can pick fruits directly and try eating them right at the garden because it is organic.8j
  • Visiting a Mekong Delta traditional house, learn with us how a Mekong Delta traditional house is arranged, which traditional jobs used to cohesion with locals in the past via local stories.
  • Making local cakes guided by local chefs – Making Banh Khot, pop rice or Vietnamese wafer.
  • Having lunch at a local house and relaxing on the hammocks.
    • Walking around the authentic island, visiting many fish ponds which are made by local people.
    • Having a chance to visit a floating fish farm on the Mekong river and enjoy watching the sunset on the Mekong river.

       Around 5.30 pm, you will be back to your hotel. 

    Day 2: Cai Rang floating market boat trip

    At 5.30am: Our boat where you will start your tour. It takes around 30 minutes to arrive at the Cai Rang floating market. On the way, you will have a chance to watch the sunrise on the Mekong River.

    • At 6.15am: You will arrive at Cai Rang floating market. Our boat driver will drive the boat slowly around the floating market so that you can enjoy observing how local people trade products on their boats and enjoy the bustling atmosphere.
    • 7.00am: You will experience sitting on boats and having breakfast on the floating market which is a must-do when you visit the floating market.
    • 7.45am: You will keep boating over to a local noodle house where you make your own rice paper and noodles guided by local people.
    • 8.15am: Heading to authentic small canals – one of ten prettiest canals in the world. It takes more than an hour on the canals. Our boat driver will stop driving, but paddling slowly so that you can immerse yourself in nature.

    • 9.45am: Get to know about Cocoa trees and how to make chocolates by hand
    • 11.30am: Go back to the city by boat and lunch at a local restaurant
      • 12.30pm: go back to the hotel 

      -Evening: Food tour by motorbikes at 6.00pm at hotel

      Day 3: At 9.00, our car will pick you up at hotel and depart to Phu Quoc by ferry at 1.10pm  and arrive Phu Quoc around 3.30pm
