Highlight attractions: We pick you up at 5.15 or 5.30am depending on where you stay in Chau Doc. Then take you to the port and start the tour.

• Travel to hidden Palm Village – Journey to a special location where locals harness the natural environment for a fascinating process.
• Observe tree climbing – Watch skilled climbers effortlessly scale tall trees, showcasing impressive traditional skills by locals.
• Collect Palm juice – See how palm is gathered high up in the trees, an essential step in an age-old production process.
• See the process carried out high up in the trees – Learn how locals work at great heights to collect the raw materials needed for syrup-making.
• Pour the juice into a filtering pot – Understand the careful process of refining collected palm juice before it is turned into syrup.
• Filter out dust – See how natural filtration methods remove impurities, ensuring a clean, high-quality product.

WHILE WAITING FOR THE JUICE TO CONDENSED, WE VISIT THE KHMER WEAVING VILLAGE AND COME BACK LATER

• Head to Khmer Village where you see people weaving their clothes in Khmer style which is a very special activity to see that locals still do all their work by hand. You can also bring some “handcrafted scarf or clothes home”. 
• Back to the palm village- Cook the syrup – Watch as the filtered liquid is slowly heated, transforming into a rich, golden syrup.
• Stir the syrup by hand until it thickens – Witness the final step of the process, where hand-stirring brings the syrup to its perfect consistency.

Lunch during tours provided by us. You will have lunch at a local restaurant and enjoy the specialty dishes here.

• Return to the hotel – After a full day of exploration, relax and unwind at your accommodation around 3pm.
